Technology: Technology means not only products but its also associated with the knowledge and  information of it use,the application and process in developing a product, technology is  embodied in people, materials, cognitive and physical process, facilities and tools. The technology can be  transfer in its   commercialization into  the marketplace, involving an intentional, goal-oriented interaction between two or more social entities.

Information  and communication technology integration: 
Information and communication technologies are powerful tools to promote knowledge, but more than that, the challenge lies in the use of such knowledge and other procedural and attitudinal resources within the competence-based approach to digital and media competence , Applying it with the new methodologies that are incorporated in the different areas and situations of life. The pedagogical integration of ICTs and their curricular inclusion are concertized in a curriculum development of the digital competence, learning about ICTs, learning ICTs and learning ICTs, ICTs being a mediating instrument of transversal and disciplinary processes, instrument To store and present a content as teaching-learning and an instrument that contributes to the development of attention, curiosity, interest, motivation, awareness, self-regulation, communicative processes and attitudes of cooperation.

Use of technology in English Language:
The new era assigns new challenges and duties on the modern teacher with  remarkable entry of technology, making teaching interesting and more productive.  Technology brings  social and linguistic changes in education, work and culture, technology is used to  satisfy visual and auditory sense of the students.

With the develop of multimedia technology and its application to teaching comes into full play in English class teaching and set a favorable platform for reform and  exploration on English teaching model in which technological innovations has change the way we communicate and the techniques applied, speaking, reading, writing and listened to work in the four English competences.

The advantage of technology:

Technology has given advantages to teaching by providing tools to improve processes, shorten distances, reach new dimensions. Undoubtedly the most benefited with the appearance of technology are teachers and students as they can use this tool to improve learning processes. Distance education students witness the benefits of technology. The good use of technology is an advantage for humanity in general.

The impact of using technology:
Learning a second language aims to develop four skills: reading, writing, listening and speaking. In English these skills are divided into two, input and output. Regardless of how these skills are divided, the technology conspires with each one to improve and stimulate its development, generating a positive impact on the learning process of English as a second language.
